My classic French toast is easy to make and a few ingredients you find in your fridge. I love to eat this early in the mornings with my pancakes or sunny side up eggs and also with some tea or Nestle 3- in -1(coffee).
- 2/3 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
- 5 slices of bread
- 2 tbs sunflower oil
I mix the milk and eggs thoroughly in one big bowl. Then I dip/soak my slices one at a time in the mixture.
Pour the oil into a wide pan and put on medium heat, and put your toast in. Brown both sides evenly.
Your French toast is ready.
Sprinkle brown sugar or drizzle honey or syrup on your toast and enjoy.
